  • Skincare Refund/Return Policy
    NO REFUNDS on skincare. Please contact Us As Soon As Possible via text at 210-201-7057 should you have an issue with your order so we can work on a resolution. Please provide your order # and first/last name when initiating a text conversation with Us. Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without giving us a chance to make things right. We are here to assist! Should we mutually find a return necessary, all items must be returned unused & in original packaging.
  • Return Policy On Facial Equipment
    At Bonafide Dreams, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Here’s how we can assist you: WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED? If your item arrives damaged, you MUST contact Us within 5 days of the delivery of your order to receive a FULL REFUND. We will not provide refunds or exchanges on damaged products after this 5-day period has been met. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, your machine can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus your return shipping fee. However, please note that skincare products & protective eyewear are non-refundable. All requirements must be met in order to be eligible for a return/refund within the 30 days return period: Product MUST be in like-new condition without screen protector removed. We don't recommend removing this screen protector until 30 days post-delivery of your order. All product accessories are included in the return. Product is returned in original packaging. No stains or discoloration of equipment. Refunds for returned equipment will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the items. - Any refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. - Please note that shipping costs for returns within the 30-day timeframe are the responsibility of the customer & are non-refundable. Contact Us: Reach out to us via text only at 210-201-7057 to initiate a return request. Approval must be obtained before shipping the items back to us. Expect a response within 24 hours of submitting your request. PACKAGING RETURN RECOMMENDATIONS To streamline the return process, we recommend retaining your original packaging for at least 30 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept damaged, or Bonafide Dreams reserves the right to refuse returns of products not in their original condition.
  • Payment Methods
    Bonafide Dreams accepts all major credit cards & offers flexible payment plans through AFFIRM or PAYPAL pending approval.
  • Shipping
    All orders placed with Us are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail depending on the weight of the order. Delivery timeframes range from 3-7 business days depending on the method of shipment. All orders are processed & shipped within 3 business days. Orders using payment methods Affirm or PayPal, can take up to 5 business days for processing & shipment. Shipping rates are based on (1) package weight, (2) package dimensions & (3) your location. All shipments are made to the address that you provide at checkout. To ensure that your package gets to you as quickly as possible, please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date. If you submit an incorrect address, please let us know as soon as possible. We are unable to change your address once your package has shipped. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by a customer, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can issue a refund for the cost of the items only (less shipping) or reship the package if you pay for us to reship it. If you decide to reship to the correct address, we will provide a payment link for shipping fee at that time.
  • How Do I Make Changes To My Order?
    If you entered the incorrect information during checkout or need to change your order, please contact Us within 24 business hours to resolve the issue. We cannot make any adjustments to orders that have already been shipped. When contacting Us via text regarding your order, please include the order number & name. Our business hours are 210-201-7057 Mon-Fri 10am-7pm cst.
  • Order Processing
    Our goal is to ship all orders within 3 business days. - However, if you check out using our Affirm or PayPal payment method, orders can take up to 5 business days for processing & shipment. Please note that we observe holidays & weekends as non-business days. There will be occasional instances where shipments cannot be made within 2 business days due to unforeseeable circumstances. Some examples include: Inclement weather. Holiday Demand. We typically ship on weekends between Black Friday through Christmas to help get your orders to you in time for the holidays!

  • LED Light Therapy Device Warranty
    Bonafide Dreams mission & priority is to deliver high quality products that are designed to last for long term use. We truly pride ourselves in offering durable & quality products. Rest assured, CEO Aubree believes in this product so much, she uses the same type of LED Light Therapy device n her treatment room for her clients. We offer a 18 Month Warranty on our LED Light Therapy devices. During the warranty period, should we determine a device is defective, we will happily accept the return & provide a replacement machine free of charge. For any warranty claims or inquiries, please reach out to us via text 210-201-7057. We will respond within 48 business hours to resolve any warranty claims. LED Light Therapy Warranty: This warranty covers manufacturing faults and is valid from the original order placement date. It does not reset with replacement devices and excludes daily wear & tear, & any damage due to negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. The warranty is non-transferable and registered to the individual who placed the order. Activation must be completed by the initial purchaser. LED Light Therapy Warranty Period: 18 months from purchase date.
